To clarify; if there's an SATA SSD in either of the positions in the drive bay both SATA and PCIe/NVMe SSDs will work in the WWAN slot, if there's a PCIe/NVMe SSD drive in the drive bay only a SATA SSD will work in the the WWAN slot.

Because i have thinkpad t480s that i have also install 2242 SSD on the WWAN slot and only running at 3.0 x1 speed instead of 3.0 x2 speed, i dont know why, i check that using crystall disk app.
